Website Solutions Customer Support Specialist – German

Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-site)
Start Date: 02 April 2026
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 06:00–22:00 (rotative shifts) – two days off: Saturday & Sunday
Contract Type: CDD, 6 months
Languages: Native or C1 German & English B2

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to websites and web solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and guide users through their queries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases efficiently.


Requirements

  • At least 6 months of experience in customer service, tech support, or a similar role.
  • Native or C1-level German and B2-level English.
  • Knowledge or enthusiasm for digital marketing and/or web design (mandatory).
  • Proactive problem-solving and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work rotational shifts between 06:00–22:00.


Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: €1,100 gross/month (14 months) €15,400 gross/year

  • Performance Bonus: Up to €180/month (12 months) €2,160 gross/year

  • Meal Allowance: €7.23/day (net) ~€1,908.72/year

  • Transport Allowance: €20/month €240/year + Uber reimbursement up to €25/day if starting at 06:00
  • Welcome Bonus: €3,000 (one-time)

  • Total Annual Compensation (including bonus & allowances): ~€17,548.72 + performance bonus €2,160
  • Health insurance from Day 1 (free after 6 months).

Relocation Support (Optional)

  • Airfare reimbursement up to €400 (Economy class) after 6 months.

  • Accommodation in shared apartment for up to 12 months at €280/month (deducted from payslip, all utilities included).
