Salary: 1,670.39 EUR gross/month
Quarterly bonus: up to 1,537.20 EUR gross

Role Overview

We're looking for a Spanish-speaking Advisor Solution Specialist to join a fast-growing tech sales team. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in high-volume sales cycles, understand customer needs quickly, and know how to turn conversations into long-term value.

You'll manage the full sales funnel, from prospecting to qualification and handover — driving revenue, building relationships, and shaping customer success.

What You Will Do

  • Handle high-volume inbound & outbound sales across phone, email, video, and social channels
  • Engage prospects at every stage of the funnel and guide them toward conversion
  • Identify alternative decision-makers via Sales Navigator and desk research
  • Follow strict response-time SLAs and structured sales cadences
  • Proactively manage and accelerate your sales pipeline
  • Log all activities in Salesforce CRM
  • Qualify opportunities and transfer them to onboarding teams
  • Track and report performance to exceed daily, monthly, and quarterly targets

Candidate Profile

  • Fluent in Spanish + English (written & spoken)
  • Minimum 1.5 years in sales (tech/advertising experience is a big plus)
  • Proven ability to grow budgets and unlock new opportunities
  • Strong competitive selling mindset
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
