About the Role

We are looking for a German-speaking Content Moderator to join a fast-paced and international environment in Porto. Your role is essential in keeping the platform safe and compliant by reviewing and assessing user-generated content according to internal policies and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, evaluate, and moderate user-generated content
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations
• Escalate sensitive or complex cases when required
• Maintain high accuracy and consistency across all decisions
• Stay updated on guidelines, workflows, and policy changes
• Handle increased content volumes during peak periods
• Work effectively in a 24/7 operational environment with rotating shifts

Requirements

• German C2 / Native level (Austrian German accepted)
• English B2 level
• Previous experience in content moderation or customer support is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and decision-making skills
• Ability to handle sensitive or disturbing content
• Comfortable working in a 24/7 rotational schedule
• Availability to work on-site in Porto

Work Schedule

24/7 rotational shifts (Monday–Sunday):

• 07:00 – 16:00
• 14:00 – 23:00
• 22:30 – 07:30

8 hours/day, 5 days/week
2 consecutive rotational days off
Monthly schedule provided in advance

Salary & Benefits

• Base Salary: €1,100 gross per month × 14 payments
• Meal allowance according to Portuguese law
