Job Overview

We are looking for Dutch-speaking talent to join a dynamic live studio team in Madrid. This role is ideal for candidates who want to build a career abroad in a creative, modern environment. No previous experience is required — full training is provided. As a Live Studio Host, you will present live shows, interact with viewers, and create an engaging studio atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

  • Host and present live shows in Dutch.
  • Interact with the online audience in an engaging, professional manner.
  • Deliver confident, energetic, on-camera presentations.
  • Work collaboratively in a modern studio environment.
  • Maintain show quality and follow studio guidelines and procedures.

Requirements

  • Native or C2-level Dutch.
  • B2-level English.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in front of a camera.
  • Positive energy, professionalism, and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work on rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night).
  • Relocation to Madrid (relocation package provided).

Contract & Working Hours

  • Permanent contract from day one.
  • 35 hours/week (option to increase up to 40 hours).
  • Rotational shifts:
    • Morning: 07:55–15:00
    • Afternoon: 14:55–23:00
    • Night: 22:55–08:00 (night hours include +20% pay)
  • 4–5 working days per week with 2–3 consecutive days off.
  • Monthly schedules provided in advance with a shift-swap option.

Salary & Compensation

Base salary: €1,500 gross/month
Dutch language bonus: €4/hour (on-camera)
Performance bonus: Up to €3/hour

Average monthly salary range: €1,850 – €2,100 gross/month
(depending on performance and on-camera hours)

Relocation Package:

  • Paid flight or train to Madrid
  • 25 nights of accommodation upon arrival
  • €1,500 relocation bonus:
    • €1,000 with first salary
    • €500 with second salary

Training

  • 2 weeks of fully paid training
  • Covers presentation, hosting techniques, studio procedures, and on-camera confidence
  • No prior experience required
