Your Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls, engaging prospective clients in French and English.
• Promote tailored solutions, guide clients through the sales process, and achieve daily KPIs.
• Collaborate with the team to maximize conversions and maintain excellent service standards.
• Document all interactions and update CRM records accurately.

Requirements

• Fluent French (native-level) and strong English.

• Sales-driven mindset, motivated by targets and rewards.

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

• Comfortable using digital tools and CRM systems.

• EU citizenship, valid work permit, or Certificate of Protection (refugee status).

What We Offer

• Base Salary: €1,045 gross/month (14 payments/year)

• Performance Bonus: Up to 10% of gross salary

• Relocation Support (choose one option):

All expenses covered – flight, hotel stay, and real estate agency fee

€250 relocation allowance + real estate agency fee (for those relocating independently)
