Position: Customer Service – Polish + English
Location: Lisbon, Portugal | On-Site

Working Hours:

Monday to Sunday: 08:00 – 17:00 or 09:00 – 18:00 (rotative shifts)

Days Off: 2 rotational days

Later schedule (TBC by client): 24/7 rotational shifts
About the Role:
Join an international team as Customer Service Specialist and support Polish-speaking customers in a fast-growing international e-commerce environment. You will ensure high-quality service while handling customer queries, managing peaks during promotions, and delivering a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Possess and maintain knowledge of leading e-commerce products and services.
- Provide excellent customer service with empathy and rational decision-making.
- Handle verbal and written customer communications professionally.
- Cope effectively with high contact volumes during promotion seasons.
Requirements:

Fluency in Polish and English (both spoken and written)

Strong understanding of e-commerce principles

Excellent customer service skills and communication abilities

Empathetic, rational, and able to work under pressure
Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: €920/month × 14 months

Performance Bonus: €45/month × 11 months

Meal Allowance: €7.63/day

Welcome Bonus: Paid monthly over the first year (1/12 per month)
