About the Role
Join an international team in Athens as a Sales Representative / Customer Satisfaction Account Manager. In this role, you will manage Spanish-speaking clients, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and identify sales opportunities within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
What You'll Be Doing

Act as the main point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients

Manage the full customer journey from inquiry to after-sales support

Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy

Maintain accurate records and documentation

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities

Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes

Achieve KPIs and contribute to team targets
Work Schedule

Monday to Friday (no weekend shifts)

40 hours per week (8 hours/day)

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: €1,560 gross/month

Quarterly Bonus: Uncapped performance-based bonus

Requirements

Fluency in Spanish (C1/native)

Good level of English (B2+)

Experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Account Management
