Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 – 18:30 (8h/day)

About the Role
Join a fast-paced airline contact centre and become the first point of contact for customers across phone, email, chat, and social media. As a German-Speaking Contact Centre Agent, you will provide outstanding customer service, assist with airline services, and maintain accurate records. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, email, and social media with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Provide accurate, courteous, and solution-oriented support for all airline services.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with your team to meet performance targets and continuously improve service quality.
  • Develop expertise in airline products, services, and internal systems.

Requirements

  • Fluent in German (C1) and English (C1), both written and spoken.
  • Previous customer service experience is highly valued.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Typing speed: minimum 25 WPM.
  • Team player with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary Progression:
    • 1st month (Training & Practice): €5.60/hour
    • 2nd month: €8.10/hour
    • Post-probation: €8.50/hour
    • After 12 months: €8.75/hour (performance-based)
    • After 18 months: €9.20/hour (performance-based)
  • Additional Benefits:
    • German Language Allowance: €250/month (post-training)
    • Performance Bonus: up to €2,000/year (pro-rated monthly, after 6 months)
