Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 – 18:30 (8h/day)
About the Role
Join a fast-paced airline contact centre and become the first point of contact for customers across phone, email, chat, and social media. As a German-Speaking Contact Centre Agent, you will provide outstanding customer service, assist with airline services, and maintain accurate records. Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, email, and social media with professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide accurate, courteous, and solution-oriented support for all airline services.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with your team to meet performance targets and continuously improve service quality.
- Develop expertise in airline products, services, and internal systems.
Requirements
- Fluent in German (C1) and English (C1), both written and spoken.
- Previous customer service experience is highly valued.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Typing speed: minimum 25 WPM.
- Team player with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
Salary & Benefits

Salary Progression:
- 1st month (Training & Practice): €5.60/hour
- 2nd month: €8.10/hour
- Post-probation: €8.50/hour
- After 12 months: €8.75/hour (performance-based)
- After 18 months: €9.20/hour (performance-based)
