Location: Lisbon, Portugal | On-Site

WELCOME BONUS / 1500€

Relocation Support:
Accommodation in a shared apartment only. A monthly amount of €250–€300 will be deducted from the candidates salary. Flight tickets are not included.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Sunday: 08:00 – 17:00 or 09:00 – 18:00 (rotative shifts)

  • Days Off: 2 rotational days

  • Later schedule (TBC by client): 24/7 rotational shifts

About the Role:
Join our international team as a Customer Service Specialist and support Czech-speaking customers in a fast-growing global e-commerce environment. You will ensure high-quality service, manage peak periods during promotions, and provide an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain expert knowledge of e-commerce products and services

  • Deliver excellent customer service with empathy and rational decision-making
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat professionally

  • Manage high contact volumes during peak seasons efficiently

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Czech and English (spoken and written)

  • Strong understanding of e-commerce principles

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Empathetic, rational, and able to perform under pressure

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: €920/month × 14 months

  • Performance Bonus: €45/month × 11 months

  • Meal Allowance: €7.63/day

  • Welcome Bonus: Paid monthly over the first year (1/12 per month)

  • Health Insurance: Available from Day 1 (employee contribution required, free after 6 months)
  • Permanent contract after trial period
