Relocation Support:
Accommodation in a shared apartment only. A monthly amount of €250–€300 will be deducted from the candidates salary. Flight tickets are not included.
Working Hours:

Monday to Sunday: 08:00 – 17:00 or 09:00 – 18:00 (rotative shifts)

Days Off: 2 rotational days

Later schedule (TBC by client): 24/7 rotational shifts
About the Role:
Join our international team as a Customer Service Specialist and support Czech-speaking customers in a fast-growing global e-commerce environment. You will ensure high-quality service, manage peak periods during promotions, and provide an outstanding customer experience.
Responsibilities:

Maintain expert knowledge of e-commerce products and services
- Deliver excellent customer service with empathy and rational decision-making

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat professionally

Manage high contact volumes during peak seasons efficiently
Requirements:

Fluent in Czech and English (spoken and written)

Strong understanding of e-commerce principles

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Empathetic, rational, and able to perform under pressure
Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: €920/month × 14 months

Performance Bonus: €45/month × 11 months

Meal Allowance: €7.63/day

Welcome Bonus: Paid monthly over the first year (1/12 per month)
