Your Role
As a Bilingual Travel Advisor / Customer Service Advisor, you will:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism.

Log and maintain accurate records in the customer service database.

Handle complaints efficiently following escalation policies.
- Resolve support calls and emails within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Troubleshoot issues using systems, documentation, and analytical skills.

Provide proactive recommendations to improve customer experience.
Requirements

Native or fluent in Croatian

Proficient in English (C1 level)

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

High School Diploma or higher

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Salary: €1,200 gross/month × 14 salaries

3 weeks accommodation in a premium hotel near the office
€300 relocation allowance for candidates moving from abroad (first payment included)

Working Hours: 40 hours/week, 8 hours/day, Monday–Friday

Schedule: Mon–Sun, 08:00–17:00 (rotational)
