Bilingual Travel Advisor / Customer Service Advisor – Croatian Speaker

Your Role

As a Bilingual Travel Advisor / Customer Service Advisor, you will:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism.

  • Log and maintain accurate records in the customer service database.

  • Handle complaints efficiently following escalation policies.

  • Resolve support calls and emails within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Troubleshoot issues using systems, documentation, and analytical skills.

  • Provide proactive recommendations to improve customer experience.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent in Croatian

  • Proficient in English (C1 level)

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

  • High School Diploma or higher

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

  • Salary: €1,200 gross/month × 14 salaries

3 weeks accommodation in a premium hotel near the office

€300 relocation allowance for candidates moving from abroad (first payment included)

  • Contract: Permanent (on-site)

  • Insurance: Private Health & Life Insurance

  • Leave: 25 days of annual leave

  • Working Hours: 40 hours/week, 8 hours/day, Monday–Friday

  • Schedule: Mon–Sun, 08:00–17:00 (rotational)
