German-Speaking Travel Portal Support Agent

Location: Work-from-Home anywhere in Greece
Operational Hub: Thessaloniki – Attrina
Join one of the worlds largest online travel platforms, used by millions of customers globally to book flights, hotels, and travel services. The project supports travelers throughout the entire booking journey, from reservation creation to post-travel support.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy customer interaction, travel-related problem solving, and working in a fast-paced, international environment.
Your Role
As a Travel Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them via phone, email, and messaging channels. You will support customers primarily in German, with English overflow depending on daily demand (approximately 1%–90%).
English is also used for training, internal communication, and system navigation.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries related to existing bookings and accounts
Support cancellation and modification requests for flights, hotels, and packages
Process refund requests and payment-related inquiries
Manage complaints and provide service recovery solutions
Assist with partner/extranet accounts and reviews
Respond to general information requests with accuracy and professionalism
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and quality standards
Working Hours & Schedule
- Service Hours: 08:00 – 00:00
- Schedule: Rotational shifts, Monday–Friday and weekends
Training & Onboarding
- 15 days of fully paid training
- In-depth onboarding on booking systems, workflows, and customer scenarios
- Continuous coaching and quality feedback
Training Start Dates & Interview Deadlines:
Start date: 08 May 2026
Salary & Bonus Package
- Base Salary: €1,300 gross per month
- Productivity Bonus: Up to 10% of gross salary (based on KPIs)
- Meal Allowance: Edenred Ticket Restaurant up to €100 per month (attendance-based)

Language Requirements
- German: C1 or native-level fluency (mandatory)
- English: B2+ (training, tools, internal communication, and overflow support)
