Your Role
As a French-Speaking Customer Advisor, you will be the main point of contact for users of a leading financial app, guiding clients to achieve savings goals while identifying opportunities for alternative energy contracts tailored to their needs.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound & outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
• Support customers in reaching financial and savings objectives
• Promote and upsell alternative energy contracts
• Provide accurate, clear, and compliant information
• Maintain strict client confidentiality
• Deliver outstanding customer experiences in every interaction

Requirements

• Fluent French (C2) – written and spoken
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-oriented with upselling confidence
• Solution-focused, detail-oriented, adaptable
• Customer-first mindset
• Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus

Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• Rotational shifts: 07:00 – 19:00
• Weekends off

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: €930 gross/month (14 payments)
• Performance Bonus: €115 gross/month (12 payments)
• Meal Allowance: €7.63 net/day
• Health Insurance from Day 1 (100% free after 6 months)
• Work from a modern office in Braga
